I currently have a working InstallShield Pro setup that is basically running just fine and several environments and customer sites. They run the setup, it copies the files down, and properly registers all the self-registering DLLs and controls.
However, I have one customer site where the self-registration is simply not happening and InstallShield is not presenting any kind of error. However, after the installation is done and the files aren't registered, it is possible to manually register these DLLs using REGSVR32. The only difference that I know of with this customer site is that they already have the .NET framework installed on their machines.
Is it possible that the framework is interfering with InstallShield's file registration process??
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Laterness,
