Thanks Simon, I'll take a look at these settings. It makes sense that one of the printers might be the FoxPro default but I can't figure out where it's being set. AFAIK, printer settings are not manipulated by the forms themselves (I've searched both for "set printer" commands) and they use the same class to print. I haven't used the Set Printer to Name command except with GetPrinter(). Printers come and go on an almost weekly basis around there. Also, the Windows default would differ for each remote office (connected via Citrix) and for each department within the home office. Come to think of it, some the people who are having problems also run another VFP app, AccPac. I wonder if a FoxPro default printer setting for that app could be passed to mine...

Another question: Is "set printer to default" reliable and if so, which "default" should I expect? The documentation is pretty sketchy on this topic.
