while Building the project always showing the below error.
so i have to quit the VBIDE (some time logoff) and reload the visual studio in order to successfully build.

Unable to write to output file 'C:\PHS_Test\DataAccessLayer\obj\Debug\DataAccessLayer.pdb': Access is denied.
