That is not controlled by me, and the team that controls it based their decisions on the most widely distributed and used new software. There are many other products and technologies that could be there but are not, it is a selective list. VFP is linked to on the Developer Tools sections on various MSDN pages, and it is in the Proudcts drop down list in that section, were you will see "many" topics not listed with the links below.
