The higher end Lexmark laser printers have the ability to program forms into a chip. This way you can print a plain text report to the printer and it will print all the fancy stuff around your report. You can program the chip to print different forms for page 1 - 3 so it looks like you are printing multi part forms. The best part is you are still using plain paper. You see a lot of this in car dealerships now.


>I need to move toward printing laser forms to replace preprinted multi part fill in forms (Legal contracts, state documents, etc.). I am completely in the dark about what software to use both to create the forms and to have users print them. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
