Thanks David, but I'm afraid to give them access to SYS(1037). If they started changing paper size, orientation, etc. it would create even more havoc than printing to the wrong printer (especially when that printer is in a different state!) The REAL problem is that users don't read the prompt anyway but I doubt if I'm going to be able to change that. I really just need the Prompt to come up with the Windows default printer selected. It seems easy but apparently it's not.
