Basically, you can't spend more than you take in...... and someone will have to make the hard decisions down the road to save the state..... maybe Arnold can (IF he gets in)... we will see.

(PS.. I'd vote for Arnold if I were a Californian... I believe he has his heart in it... but this wouldn't be first time I was wrong).
