Make a table that contains your settings... give all systems access to it, and make changes there as needed.


>I am using VFP 6.0. I have several applications that are connected to each other using SQLSTRINGCONNECT(). Each application might have 6 different other app it connects too. I have a function that sets up the string. The MIS group just informed me that our network domains are changing. So I will have to go into each app and adjust the paths in the connection strings. How can I set this up so the connection string function can be done once and all my apps draw from this common function?
