Title:
Cannot update cursor
I use vfp7 with sp1 updates in Win2000.
Everything runs OK til I copy .exe, all the code and all the microsoft common shared files on to a CD. Before I updated with sp1 I could not index a view, after the sp1 update the indexing didn't produce the "cannot update cursor" error. However the error did occur when a "replace" was attempted on a table. The "cannot update cursor" error did occur when I tried "replace" on a table, to repeat myself!
As I said I have copied all the microsoft common shared files to the CD including VFP7r.dll and VFP7renu.dll and the not common MSVCr70.dll. Everything runs OK except when I try to replace.
Replace statement is:
replace track with titlenum
pretty simple, huh.
Based on some web research I have tried these suggestions:
replace moov.track with moov.titlenum in moov nooptimize
* select moov
replace moov.track with moov.titlenum in moov
Didnt work! Any ideas?
