>These are good points. The real problem is what to do about it. Posting messages like these gets the word out, but if it stops there..who cares? Not Sprint, that's obvious. Personaly, I plan to call them tonight and complain, then go down to my local Sprint store in the morning and be reeeeally loud and obnoxious (so everyone in the store hears me) and tell them why I've decided to dump them after having them for so long. Still, its frustrating because it's like me (a little guy) trying to make a point to Sprint (a giant corporation). I'll switch to some other provider and make my statements just as a matter of principle -

"but does it really do any good?"

If your action was the extent of all action, then the good effect would be close to zero. Hopefully you will not be alone.
