You must realie that BUILD EXE never, I repeat NEVER, will be implemented into the runtime version. The reason is simple: Microsoft wants to sell the devolpers version (the IDE version). If they put BUILD EXE into the runtime, some smart guys will be able to make legal VFP clones.....!!!
In your case, you simply must use the IDE version, or forget about it. Sorry!
