Hi Everybody,

I'm new to building server apps and i want to know how I can achieve the following.

I want to build a server app to which several clients on separate machines can connect. The server app should contain an object which will act as a general cache for all the clients. It will hold database values which are retrieved so often that a performce-problem could occur.

So my question is, how to build an application like this and how to install it on the server and the client machines
