I designed a report in Cr9 that works well on my HP5MP printer. Sent it to a client. Previews perfectly on her PC, but when she prints on her HP4100 it cuts off the last column of figures.

This is a financial report of 12 columns for each month, and a 13th column for the total. I'm short of space so don't want to cut off anything I don't need to.

What techniques should I be looking at to ensure that my reports prints on any printer?
