Well, the Help says see "Form Designer" for READKEY(). That's a lot of help isn't it? :-)
I'fe forgotten excetly what READKEY did, it's been so long. But maybe the Keypress event will help, which many objects have?
Also, look up in the vfp help for INKEY, it will list at the bottom some other still valid KEY fnctions, you can maybe use...
Also, could CHRSAW() be part of what you're seeking?
