Hi David,

We can check-out the files using VSS to working directory, make & test the changes, and then use VSS to check-in the files. (Possibly create out own interface which uses VSS command line options). This seems to negate some of the usefulness of VSS.

You should be able to add a project to source control from within VFP. If the 'Add project to source control' option is not available in the Project menu check that VSS is selected as the 'Active source control provider' in the Tool/Options/Project page...

Managing the PJX/PJT files under source control can be a bit tricky tho - check out 'The Role of the PJM File in VSS and VFP Integration' in the knowledge base. Q237843 & Q157636 are also usefull...

HTH,
Viv
