The problem with Visio is that it is more a drawing tool than a real Software Engeenering tool. I'd recommend you to take a look at VisualUML (http://www.visualuml.com/), which can make UML diagrams from VFP classes *and back*. That means it is a two-way tool. the VFP interface is made by EPS, so you have guarantee that they really know about VFP.

My preferred tool is Enterprise Architect, but with this one you have more work to work with VFP code (although it is possible). http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/ea.htm
