Hi Bill,
Bruce says that the W***() functions are not OOP. He says that they are a throwback to before OOP and should not be used. I'm trying to find out why people don't think W***() functions are not OOP.
Can you help shed some light.
I thought that Bruce gave you a good explanation and I can add nothing to what he said.
About the only one I use anymore is WEXIST() for disabling the menu option for my single instance forms.
I could probably use ASCAN() on my form manager's forms collection to accomplish the same thing, but this is kinda like cracking walnuts with a sledge hammer < s > and it obscures what the code is doing.
