Don't bother - I'm a mathematician, formula's no problem (besides, I
use foxels, so the calc should look very different - the border size
should be recalculated into them).

You can always
Set Deleted Off
Count For Deleted()
NoOfRecs=recc()-_tally
Set Deleted &oldSetDeleted
This involves moving the record pointer, and if you have a filter,
it will lie. The only way I know which will work is
Count
NoOfRecs=_tally
