Are there any movements in the U.S.A. to stop this? If U.S.A. IT workers don't react some way about this new (or kinda new) trend then I'm afraid the worst is yet to come.
I'd say that for now that is not generalized and only the biggest companies do it. But if nothing is done to stop it and companies see that people (IT workers) don't do much about it then why would they stop from doing it?
