I don't have a solution, but it may console you to know you are not alone. This happened to me when I copied a MM.NET project that was under sourcesafe to my laptop. I think it only happened when I modified the form and then ran it. Each time I ran it the controls got bigger and moved their position. I haven't been developing on my laptop recently but I'll take a look at it later today.

Anyway, It's not a jump start problem and I don't think its a mere mortals problem.

Are you using VS2003?
