Yes, the speed is about the same as the Word output.

>Really good to hear that, I hope that the speed of the output to Excel will be as good as the one of Word. Let us know for the new version. And if it's good, you should sent it to Ken Levy, maybe they will like to incorporate it in Europa.

>>Just a little note about the Excel output. We are currently finishing the implementation of this feature in XFRX and are planning to release a new version within a couple of weeks.
>>We took a bit different approach to the XLS output - rather than absolute positioned textboxes, we put the output directly into cells and arrange the width and height of the cols and rows. The results are very promising :)

I am going to run several example reports on both FRX2Any and XFRX and compare the results. Your informal comments are appreciated.

Since Europa (Next version of FoxPro) will put focus on a new report design, we will be working with them on the Beta of this next version of FoxPro.

>>> My comments are subjective off the cuff comments. When you make a public web site and offer products to the general public please expect to recieve subjective semi informed 'opinions'. If you cannot take the heat get out of the kitchen.

>>> You should consider handling support and pre-sales queries in a manner similar to Stonefield. Make a phone number available, as Stonefield does, and have some one screen the calls as they come in. I've called Stonefield with support questions and when they are difficult I speak directly with Doug Hennig.

>>>thanks.

>>> I look forward to seeing your FRX2Any export Excel spreadsheets from Foxpro reports; this feature is not present in XFRX. If your product is as fast as XFRX and can also handle Excel spreadsheets my client will purchase your product.
