I'm sure either would fit our very simple requirements. As far as cost, both are included in VS.NET 2003, and we are developers so we seem OK with the licenses. If either has hidden costs that would be another matter.

An argument for 2003 would be as an education on the latest, so since I haven't heard of any gotchas I'm leaning towards that.
