When I install internet phone software BuddyTalk on a tradional Chinsese version Windows 98. The installation stop and prompt a message of unhandled exception, which tell that

error number: 0x80070725
Decription: incompactable RPC stub version

Setup will now terminate..



What 's wrong? and how to fix it ??
