I haven't personally looked for PB help very much (our PB team did that search, but came up empty), but can you get into this if you're not a comp member?

I did my searching for sybase, since I had an interface problem - but I couldn't find any useful help for sybase on the free-web...I actually found the answer to my problem at (of all places) the MS SQL Server KB, since all versions of SQL Server are fairly similar, the same problem was listed there...
