You may be right. It was just a guess on my part.

And how long will that be? The way Walmart swept through this area and targeted K-mart specifically astounded me. When offered prime locations that seemed to me to better serve the community, they opted instead to build adjacent to every K-mart. The local officials all caved in and the results here reflect that decision. K-Mart is a ghost town.
