I tried setting a group based on invoice, and indicated to start new group on a new page, I then moved all the page header information into the group header section, same result, it did not print anything at the top of the 2nd page. I'm not sure if this means anything or not, but I believe on this invoice, all the details from the invoice had printed on the 1st page, so presumably just the page header and the summary band should have printed on the 2nd page.
