You must be using a custom control. Unfortunately, I don't know how your control works without looking at the code that defines it. Does it come with any documentation or can you trace through the code for the class?
>OK! I assigned a valid progID (mskBDate) that is recognizable, but now I'm not sure how to bind the MaskEdBox. Right now I am selecting a date in the load() and displaying it in a regular textbox according the fiscal year that's chosen. This is working, but now I would like to load that date into the MaskEdBox rather than the original textbox. I can't use mskBDate.Text or mskBDate = "xxxxx". How can I display a date from a fox pro table in the MaskEdBox? I'm using the MaskEdBox so if the user overrides the default date, they don't have to manually type the slashes.
