is the doc's and settings folder for the admin still there?
you could try disabling the network card in the bios and windows should not try to may the drives, this should at least let you login

Hi! Using Win2000, when I login as administrator the machine hangs, I think its trying to map a network drive.

I can however login as me rclapworthy, but I don't have administrator rights, I'm trying to remove a Novell client, but can only do this as administrator.

A techie has suggested removing Documents and settings\administrator, but this has had no effect.

Any ideas how I can get around this?
