I saw the link you sent and keep every step but still don't work.

The problem is that when I make sure that the runtime needed files are in the pc after the MSI installation I can’t found the files crviewer9.dll, crqe.dll, implode.dll, querybuilder.dll, ufmanager.dll.
Then, following the rutime.chm explanation I copy every file in her specific folder and try to register everyone because I don’t know what I have to register, but I got a message from the regsvr32 that say:

“….\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin\TheDllName.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found” and keep …”DllRegisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of TheDllName.dll may be in memory. Consider using Pview to detect and remove it”
Of course, the files are not in memory because are just copied.
The files with this errors are implode.dll and querybuilder.dll
