Occassionally I need to add up to date dbf files to my project.

>As well as Matt's reply, you could cause problems if the tables are part of a DBC. If these are typically static look-up tables, including them in the project is OK but not necessary. You could exclude them from the project and just include them as free tables. That way they are more easily replaceable without having to recompile your APP and provide the new APP to the user(s).
