Up to now we have only used file servers and peer to peer access to MSDE. We recently got .NET 2003 upgrade and have decided to finally set up a Windows Server. .NET comes with both Windows 2000 Advanced Server and Windows Server 2003 EE and we are undecided about which one to install. Either one will serve our purposes, so the main consideration is unforseen costs.

The license document doesn't mention CALS for Windows or SQL Server, so I wonder if the license included with .NET 2003 includes CALS and how many? Does anybody know?
