>Well, well, well...
>I went to some music stores yesterday evening and picked up some “masterpieces”
>Following your advise, the first one I took was “Enemies Of Reality” ($15…a little expensive, it was also available the CD+DVD pack for $22!)
yeah, I ordered the CD+DVD here... it should be arriving soon.
>Review: (after only two plays)
>The worst: Tracks 3 & 5
really? I like 3 and 5. The one song I had problems to grasp was track 8... but now I'm Ok with it. :)
>The best: All the rest (especially Track 1 & 4)
the ones I like better are Track 1 and 9 (this one is amazing!).
>I would like to say that I bought 3 more CDs which I STRONGLY recommend:
>The Sins Of Thy Beloved – “Lake of Sorrow”
>Tristania – “World Of Glass”
>Within Temptation – “Mother Earth”
>It’s beautiful, kind of gothic-death-doom BUT symphonic! All with female singer (and growling of course) lots of violin and keyboards.
hey, good to know. I'll see if I get these soon. Have you ever heard After Forever? Their album Decipher is pretty good. I don't like the growling that much, but the female singer is really good.
This week I've listening a lot to the debut album of Poison Black (
www.poisonblack.com). It's kind of a Type O Negative, but with a not-so-low voice, and I like it better than Type O Negative.
