Today at 3:09PM EDT, I rcvd a nice direct email from MS (perhaps because I'm an MSDN subscriber?) warning me of Blaster and suggesting I should update with MS03-026 if I hadn't already.

Um, a little late, isn't it? I deployed the patch a couple weeks ago to all my servers and workstations...

I guess they're on the right track with their new "security emphasis" anyway, as I haven't ever received such a direct MS-patch email before, that I recall. Maybe a little sooner next time would be nice, though <g>
