Sergey,

The users can either maintain individual tickets or ticket books depending on which list last had focus. If the user wishes to delete 5 tickets then they can pick those 5 tickets and delete them all at once. If the user wants to delete 5 ticket books (or 50 tickets) then can click on the ticket book list, select the 5 ticket books and then delete them all at once. When the uses select more than on ticket book, then the ticket list becomes meaningless. In retrospect, a grid for the ticket book list would probably have worked better.
