Well you were correct, I did get through it. Thanks to suggestions from yourself and Cathy. I used a combination of the approaches suggested by both yourself and Cathy and after many hours of frustration, ( some due to power ) and limited success, the invoices are finally consistent and complete. I just wonder if switching to VFP 8.0 would ease some of the stress in completing this type of task.
