Are you doing your preview in screen or in a defined window? Sounds like your preview is taking control of your main screen. If you're not using "preview in screen" try that. If you are using that phrase, I'd want to know if your current screen is considered the primary or base screen. That could be causing the conflict. If so, open the preview in a new window.

Also try adding the phrase "prompt" or "to printer prompt" which should display your report review menu (page forward, backward, etc.)
