Looking for two quality books on the following:
1) A book with 'real world' examples on ASP.NET and Web Forms. I saw a decent one by Wrox called 'professional web form techniques' [or something like that] that looked pretty decent. There are a bunch of books that cover the basics, but aside from the Wrox book I haven't seen any advanced stuff. I'm almost looking for something that's analogous to Griver's 'Codebook'.
2) At the risk of getting laughed at...I'm looking for a good reference book on the IDE in Visual Studio.NET.
I've spent the last year getting up to speed with C# and ADO.NET...but I still feel behind the curve as far as knowing everything that's available in the IDE. At least once a week I see fellow developers who know how to do specific things in the debugger, the class view capability, even certain options in CR.NET. So I'm looking for one good book that covers the IDE and everything that one can do in it.
Thanks in advance,
Kevin
