Here's a little more...
I tried using regsvr32 to remove avfpdemo2.dll and received this:
"avfpdemo2.dll was loaded but the DllInstall entry opint was not found. DllInstall may not be exported, or a corrupt version of afvpdemo2.dll may be in memory. Consider using PView to detect and remove it."
That is where I got the idea of trying PView (which, as I mentioned, didn't show anything recognizable)
