Hi all,

There is a VFP application which was originally created in VFP 5.0
environment. Now this application is rebuilt in VFP 6.0 (SP5) and
everything works fine in Win9x, NT and 2000 - but not in WinXP (SP1).

When the application starts, the following error message appears:

"Fatal error: Exception code = C0000005
Called from - main line 0 {atvar_xp\vfp6r.dll}"

I have found out that this error appears when:

a) a modal form is opened in the main.prg

OR

b) there is a READ EVENTS line in the main program (main.prg)
(when the modal form opening was commented out from the main
program, for testing reasons).

I have registered all required files (Microsoft Knowledge Base article
190869).

Could someone help me with this problem? Thanks in advance.
