You don't need the files in both locations. Your list is incomplete, depending on what the reports are doing. For example, you don't list any files needed for exporting. Also, you have Crdb_odbc.dll, which is only needed if you use ODBC to access the data source. A complete list of required files, correct placement, and a list of which ones need to be registered is in the Runtime help file that ships with Crystal Reports.
