There is a product called Text Control that you could buy that has everything you need for richtext. I actually developed my own richtext toolbar control. It executes B I U, L C R (justify), bullets, increase decrease indent, highlight, change font type, size, and color. It only needs 3 lines of code inserted into a form. The coding part is not too difficult, but I had to get a friend to help me on the graphics for each button. I'm not too good at graphics.
