If you do it the right way, the way you suggest, then yeah, its a lot of hassle. For a small product like this one, I don't think the demand would be that significant, so I would say I could handle the ordering. My plan would be to put in a timer, so that the user could test the control for a limited time. If satisfied, they mail a check, if the check cashes, then I would email the product to the consumer. The consumer would receive the source code, so no support would be available or needed. The license agreement would be a gentlemans agreement - "Please don't give or sell my product to anybody else - need a signature or email confirming this" :) (This probably wouldn't work, but, I'm not expecting to get rich or anything.) As far as price, I would say around say anywhere between $75 and a $100 maybe.
