I have a VFP application that has several rectangles drawn on the form which the user "clicks and drags" to various other postions on the form.

I want to convert the application to VB.NET. In VB.NET there appears no way to draw retangles at design time so they will have be be drawn at run time. I can handle that but how would I program the "click and drag" of these rectangles?
