Yes, in fact I tried all that, put in my service tag and the whole thing. Went to downloads and got pointed at some drivers and clicked the links and got kicked back to the search page. Very frustrating, but Dell support finally confirmed the problem with the asp pages and sent me direct links to download the drivers from ftp, so now all is well.
