There is an autotransfer built into pcanywhere, and you can write scripts for it.

This is from the help file in pcanywhere...

"AutoTransfer procedures allow you to automatically transfer folders or files to and from the host computer. Files with duplicate file names can be automatically synchronized with the newer file overwriting the older file.
The End Session When Finished option allows you to run a large AutoTransfer procedure unattended. When the procedure is done, the connection to the host is terminated automatically.

To automatically run an AutoTransfer procedure upon connection:

1 In pcAnywhere Manager, click Remotes.
2 Right-click a remote control connection item, then click Properties.
3 On the Automated Tasks tab, check Run Upon Connection.
4 Click AutoTransfer.
5 Choose a procedure to run and click OK.
