It's not exactly a bug, it's a "side-effect" of some other vfp8 change, I forget which, a Comment or something...

And don't feel too bad, I had to go through and fix well over 100 of these (and that's just so far, in moving apps to vfp8)

Mostly, they're just simple captions that can be moved from PEM to Inits. But some were oddballs (not captions), and I had trouble figuring out where to put them, to get them to work right.
