I am having, what looks like, the same issue. The VFP app works fine on the development machine (that has Crystal Reports 9 installed) but the compiled application gives the TLV error on another PC that has neither VFP or Crystal installed. I am trying to put all the necessary files (data and runtimes) on a server and not use an installation routine. I may have to break down and run the regsvr32.exe file on the client PCs though.

I would like a little bit more detail on what you did that finally got rid of the TLV error.
