Pardon me for jumping in ... Perhaps perception is more important than the degree to which the facility may be used. In my opinion, visible and on the shelf sends out a message that affirms VFP as a product and is better than "oh we keep those in a box in the backroom". To me this looks like a good suggestion, building and affirming brand awareness.
