No doubt 'related' to the Iraqi pipelines blown up late last week.
You know, the same oil production that is antiquated and in disrepair from neglect and so will take years to get back to proper production.
And the very same oil facilities that let Saddam bank $40 billion in his oil-for-food account at the U.N. and let Saddam sell gas to his citizens at 20 cents per gallon all at the same time.
