How about some places here in Phoenix: $4.99

This is mostly due to a shortage caused by a pipeline break on the line from Texas. Somehow, the number don't add up. That pipeline supplied 30% of the fuel to the Phoenix area, yet this past weekend, nearly 100% of the stations were without fuel!

The $4.99 price is clearly gouging, but even the regular price seems to range from $1.89 to $2.29 (if you can find a station with gas, that is). Two to three weeks ago, the price was $1.39.
